By downloading, installing, or using RSL Tool (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RSL Tool is a Mac-native utility that reads local data from your installation of Raid: Shadow Legends and presents calculations, recommendations, and convenience automations. It runs entirely on your computer, attaches to a locally-running game process you own, and is not affiliated with Plarium Global Ltd. in any way.
RSL Tool does not:

Using third-party tools may technically violate Plarium’s End-User License Agreement. Use of RSL Tool is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible if Plarium bans, suspends, or otherwise penalises your account.
When you purchase a paid plan we issue you a license token (a signed JWT). The license is non-transferable between people and is bound to the email you provided at checkout. It is intended for your personal use only.

Fair use. A license is intended for one buyer’s personal use. Abnormal usage patterns — for example, the same license activating from geographically improbable concurrent locations — may trigger an automatic license review and, if confirmed as redistribution, revocation. Honest users will never see this; it activates only on patterns that clearly indicate the token has been redistributed beyond a single buyer.
Activation rate-limit. To protect against token leaks, each license may activate on a new device up to ten (10) times per rolling 30-day window. Honest users never reach this; should you reach it because of a genuine reason (lost laptop + new laptop + OS-reinstall same week), email [email protected] for a one-off override.
You are responsible for keeping your license token confidential. We treat possession of the token as proof of license ownership.

Because RSL Tool is a digital good that grants immediate access on purchase, we do not provide refunds by default. Exceptions are handled case-by-case: if you believe the Service was misrepresented or did not function as described, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we’ll review.
Refund mechanics by payment method:
For recurring plans (Premium Monthly / Premium Annual via Stripe), you can cancel renewal at any time via the Customer Portal link in any Stripe receipt or by emailing [email protected]. The remainder of your current paid period stays active. We do not refund partial periods. Crypto-purchased licenses are one-time payments with no recurring billing — the license simply expires at the end of its tier window and you may repurchase to continue.
RSL Tool depends on the structure of the Raid: Shadow Legends game client. Plarium can release patches that break specific features. We aim to ship a fix within 24–72 hours but cannot guarantee uptime. Major Plarium changes (e.g. anti-tampering hardening) may temporarily or permanently disable specific features without notice.
We may modify these Terms by publishing a new version at rsltool.com/legal/terms.html. Material changes take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of RSL Tool (its operators, contractors, and affiliates) arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of game progress, Plarium account suspension, lost profits, or lost data.
We may suspend or revoke a license without refund if we determine, in good faith, that you breached these Terms (for example by reselling licenses or attempting to circumvent the activation system).
You may terminate your relationship with the Service at any time by uninstalling the application and (for subscriptions) cancelling renewal as described in the Payments section above.
Disputes related to a card / wallet purchase (payment, refund, currency, taxes) are handled in coordination with Stripe, our payment processor for that rail. Stripe’s standard chargeback flow is available via your card issuer if direct resolution with us fails. Tax matters in your jurisdiction follow Stripe Tax’s reported amounts on your receipt.
Disputes related to a cryptocurrency purchase are handled directly with us at [email protected]. Cryptocurrency transactions are final once the network confirms them and there is no chargeback equivalent at the OxaPay or blockchain level; resolution is therefore by direct communication only.
Any other dispute is governed by the laws of the operator’s country of residence, with venue in the operator’s competent courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your residence override this clause.
